Managing telecom is kind of like going to the Dentist. As long as everything is going well you only need regular cleanings and the Hygienist can do this. However when things go wrong, you want the real Dentist to be doing the work. Someone who has the experience, training and knowledge to make sure the job is done right.

sprunky.com is the "Telecom Dentist". The first thing we do is access your current telecom situation. We then develop a plan to make sure that your services are providing what you need at a price you can afford. (Even better the real Dentist). We then work with you to execute a plan and teach you how to take care of your network in between visits. We only call in the Dentist when there is a problem, but you get the peace of mind that you are being taken care of.

But since Telecom is not exactly like Dentistry... we have laid out the process we go through when working with a client. This helps us better set your expectations, and, since you are part of the process, it makes it easier for you to participate.

  1. Assessment – We will sit down with you for about an hour to an hour and a half to review what services you are using today. What is working for you now? Where you want to go? We want understand the whys of all these things. We will work with you to understand the role of telecommunications in your business. We will also go through our process and set proper expectations.
  2. Bill Review – We will review your current bills to see where you can save money or validate that you are paying the appropriate rates. This process costs you nothing, but the time it takes to gather the information.
  3. Determine Next Steps – At this point we discuss how we are going to proceed. If we have done our jobs we hope to do business with you immediately. If the timing or the need is not there at this time we hope you will keep us in mind for future engagements and we will always be available as a resource. If you refer us to someone else we will appreciate and value the opportunity to make you look good.
  4. Strategic Plan/Implementation – If you chose to do business with sprunky.com, we will then put together a Strategic Plan for your telecommunications services. This plan will identify the areas where there is the most pain and prioritize your needs based on urgency and budget. Our goal will always be to get you the fairest price for the services you need to operate your business. Since we represent over 60 service providers, we are able to compare services and rates of all these vendors to provide you the best and most cost effective solution.
  5. Long Term – Our client relationships value increase over time. We understand that we have to earn your trust to get your business. We know that each transaction or engagement is another building block in that trust. We also know that people are remembered as much for what they didn’t do as what they did.
