asked to review their other telecommunications services and contracts.

developing a Systems Engineer Certification Process; Train the Trainer
Session and New Product Rollout Classes.
The Systems Engineer Certification Process consisted of
assessment of knowledge and training to create consistency across the
country.
The "Train the Trainer" sessions conducted by
sprunky.com helped their internal training staff provide real world
information into their classes. This enhanced the value of the training
for their Account Managers and Systems Engineers.
On a nationwide level,
sprunky.com taught classes as part of this
company’s New Products Rollouts. In their environment, it was critical
to keep the sales and technical representatives abreast of the latest
and greatest offerings. This is where we leveraged our "Technical
